Returns & Exchanges

At XLarge Brand, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your streetwear. If your fit isn't right, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your items in their original packaging with all XLarge brand tags attached and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
